We are Currently Hiring Compliance Manager/Driver Trainer
Duties Include:
Carry out driving assessments as part of recruitment process
Recruitimng new drivers
New drivers training, inductions, delivery process training, SOPs, Tacho rules, defect reporting and walk round checks
Annual driver assessments and training refreshing
Continuous driver development and support, SAFED training
Driving infringement management
RTA investigations support Driver gate house checks
Driver CPC planning and contractor review
Essential:
2 years of experience minimum in a relavent role.
DVSA accredited driver CPC trainer or similar driver assessing and training qualification completed within last 5 years.
Class 1 driving licence desirable
Transport Manager CPC desirable
Current CPC and digital tachograph card desirable
Excellent standard of driver performance
Proficient using MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience of producing clear, accurate and concise written reports.
Experience in providing constructive feedback and leading a difficult conversation
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
Strong understanding of current transport legislation and EU/WTD Regulations
Confident in course presentation to groups
Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience
Additional bonuses based on performance
1 month in hand salary paid into the bank by BACS on the 25th of each month
