Migrants are still attempting to stow away in carriers heading for British ports.
Lorry rest areas on roads on the approach to Northern France, which is the main European gateway to the UK, have been shut because of a surge in the number of migrants trying to board vehicles. This means potential damage to the trailers curtains and roofs, potentially causing damage to customer's goods.
We have extensive experience and have been working with many customers and Carriers throughout Europe for the last 10 years, working to contain the damage and advise the clients if they urgently need to replace potential stock through damage and loss.
Contaminated loads are can become a threat to health and many loads that do not go through the decontamination process, are subject to arrive at their final destination and be rejected and placed in quarantine.
Our certification provided after the decontamination allows the load to be accepted at the point of delivery to provide assurance that there is no threat to health.
