We only transport goods in accordance with CMR conditions. All quotes are provided using the most direct routes. 

 

Where double manning, goods requiring specific handling due to their nature or of high value and overnight parking on secure site is required we should be specifically advised & requested to quote accordingly and give consideration to accept or refuse the consignment. 

 

All quotes are subject to availability and are not valid without a written confirmation.

Secure Parking must be stipulated in the Quotation/Transport Orders. If required , an additional charge may be applied to the original job quotation to cover this charge. 

 

Demurrage: All jobs are quoted on the basis that all clients accept Demurrage/Waiting time costs. 

These costs are chargeable at a rate of £45 GBP per hour,afer the initial 2 hours of waiting at a collection/delivery/customs clearance stops – up to 8 hours subject to the drivers hours limitations. 

After 8 hours a daily charge of £550 GBP is chargeable for loss of earnings.

L’assicurazione CMR e la coperta da Voi. Con l’accettazione dell’ordine, qualora non ne fossimo gia in possesso, Vi impegnate a fornirci una copia della Polizza CMR. Se questa non ci pervenisse entro la data del carico, provvederemo noi alla copertura, addebitando Vi il relativo costo. 

 

La Vostra fattura deve essere accompagnata da una copia della lettera di vettura CMR firmata. I vostri obblighi e responsabilitï sono mantenuti anche se il trasporto viene da Voi appaltato ad un subvettore. E richiesto che l’autista assista e verifichi numero dei colli e condizioni delle merci sia al carico che allo scarico. Il trasbordo se non preventivamente convenuto vietato. 

 

L' assoluta protezione da parte Vostra della nostra clientela e le condizione integrante del contratto di trasporto. 

 

I mezzi messi a disposizione sono in possesso delle necessarie concessioni e permessi, non hanno difetti tecnici che potrebbero compromettere il buon esito del trasporto. Un ritardo di qualsiasi genere ci verra mmediatamente segnalato. 

 

Nell assunzione delli ordine Vi impegnate affinchï i mezzi: camion, rimorchi o semirimorchi, carichi con merci affidateVi, vengano diligentemente custoditi per tutto il periodo dal momento del carico fino al momento dello scarico. 

 

Specialmente in caso di interruzioni del viaggio, i mezzi carichi di merce, dovranno sostare solo in parcheggi custoditi. 

 

In caso di carichi di merci pericolose, i mezzi dovranno essere muniti dell�attrezzatura richiesta: 2 estintori DIN 14406, 2 cartelli indicatori, 2 lampade portatili, cassetta di primo soccorso, e quanto richiesto dalle disposizioni ADR. L’autista dovra essere in possesso della speciale patente per trasporto di merci pericolose.
